I’m sorry Pico, but that’s bullshit. He was arrested for speaking freely. If somebody can be arrested for saying things that are socially unacceptable explain to me how that is any different than overriding the first amendment? Of course he has the capability of free speech, every human does, but in this country a person should be able to exercise that ability without fear of repercussion.
If a government arrests people for violent crimes they might commit solely based on words spoken it a slippery slope to a government that can arrest you for talking about lesser crimes as well.
I am not arguing that he didn’t break the law, I know he did, what I am saying is that laws of that nature have no right to exist in the United States.
