i dont see jack shit in there saying "execpt when you hurt the polices feelings". i dont agree with this man who has been arrested. but he has a right to say anything he fucking wants. all involved in his arrest should be put on trial for abridging this mans first amendment rights.

We have lots of freedoms, more than anywhere else .. I dont think any of you that are complaining about this have read the constitution or are knowledgeable about your local laws.
You cannot say to somebody's face .. "i am going to kill you." That isnt freedom of speech, that is threatening to kill.
