been smoking ever since i was 16 off and on, I've "quit" probably like 5 times for a period of 4-6 months, then ill get bored and start up again, every time i stopped I went cold turkey with no problem, lately, other than maybe the long term health effects I don't have much of a reason to stop, I only buy 2 for 1's now or I'll just not smoke...
