you don't see it often, but I've seen it done, I don't know the effects of the loud music on an unborn child, only thing i would worry about is the child going def from its ears being exposed to loud noises while in development. id also worry about people running into you, im sure you wouldn't want that, and you will probably want to avoid smokers and will probably get fatigued, just play it safe, don't drink, don't smoke, don't do any drugs and im sure everything will be great, music is said to be good for the yet to be born...
