FINAL STATEMENT

After consulting and deliberation and various factors we have decided FINALLY the following:

1. Lights Off will be postponed to a later date at a 1000+ capacity venue. We lost the venue we were going to use when they lost their cabaret license.

2. On June 21st, 2008 we present:
LIGHTS ON
9pm - 4am
221 2nd Ave, New York New York
Between 13th and 14th St
18+ (confirmed 100%)
21 to drink, reasonable drink prices + drink specials
10$ all night

Same lineup minus:
The Mistresses of Mayhem AKA Mistress Jade & Artemis
Scottie Making Moves
and
DJ Lullaby

We have REPLACED them with DJ Leela (happy hard core), DJ Atom C (Spinning a Hard Trance Set), and bumping up Dice's Set to 2 hours.

We'll have a bunch of random ass games(with prizes), UV environment, custom lighting and sound, pretty girls, and shit to enjoy throughout the party.
10$ all night - black not black, wear something UV reactive we'll have the place flooded with blacklights and decorated from head to toe. Hell wear nothing and you'll get in(if you don't get arrested on the way there), just ya know don't do it if you shouldn't .

A personal note from Eric:
Please understand, shit happens, often all at once(or in threes), people panic do things, freak out, make rash decisions, its all a part of being human. While many promoters nowadays do events for the money, we don't. Its all really about having a good time and meeting cool nice people while listening to the music we love. The NYC rave scene is finally at a point of evolution, at an unique turning point perhaps, whether we go ahead and get behind it or join the masses in saying it is dead and never will be alive, is up to you, the person reading this who actually cares. The whole point of this (and life in my opinion) is to obtain happiness, to have a good time. By manipulating environmental and situational factors you can achieve this state of enlightenment which is exactly why our "organization" exists. There is no evilness here. We do have excessive amounts of insanity and sarcasm tho, sorry if it leaves a weird taste in your brain, but lighten up! The world isn't over yet!

I give you my personal guarantee if you see me at a party and your not feeling shitty or had a bad day, mention it to me and I'll do my best to make sure you are not unsmiling for long! I'm sure 9/10 of our staff could say the same(offer not valid if I myself am also feeling shitty and/or on fire (which isn't that often thank god)).

I'd like to give a shout out to all the promoters in the NYC scene who offered their advice, assistance, and help throughout all this bullshit this past week. Notably: Integrity, Teddy Glow, Adam from Audio Infantry, Sam Black, Ritalin, and everyone else. Also all the cool ass people I know who have unwaveringly supported us through our existence.

So hey if you want to go to a great party come by on Saturday:

221 2nd Ave, New York New York
Between 13th and 14th St

9PM - 4AM
