Lol there's even some videos of people doing this at raves. It's called contact juggling. But god damn that guy in the first vid looks like he's rolling balls. But I used to know that trick too to get my eye's to dilate when I wanted. Otherwise he really might be on drugs or using the glaucoma eye drops...
