I took x almost every weekend for almost a year during my first little bit of raving - eh, everybody has thier story - but i cant really say i experienced the symptoms you mentioned. As Derly posted - moderation is key.

If youre taking more than three pills (well, i dont know what pills are like around here, lets go with three doses worth of ecstasy, then you are seriously doing something wrong.

If you want to get fucked up and look at the pretty colours - take some psychedelics, you cant really build up a tolerance to tripping - but give respect to x, because it is a powerful substance.
