you also can't compare a rave with a DJ tour.
going to see Tiesto + another dj open up or Benny Benassi or shit like that....thats not a rave.
(this isn't getting into a discussion about what constitutes a rave, but its pretty clear that a rave has more than two djs and multiple genres...hopefully)
for an eight hour party, i would complain to the head of skills if they didn't allow purses or at least small bags in.
