doesn't matter:

all the better if it reaches the supreme court, then it will be made legal in way more states, possibly federally.
I am personally very happy they've made it legal in certain states(Massachusetts) because i am very liberal regarding this.
I still think it should be up to states though, for at least the next several years. i don't think some people are ready to see it being legal on a feederal level.

if you want to get religion involved...not once does it say in the old testament that homosexuality is not allowed.
it only says that sex between two men is a sin.
but psh....separation between church and state.
