I tend to blast all of the Fresno raves this way. Also on
http://fresnofamous.com the raves are posted on the events calenders.
And if you go to one fresno rave, you'll get flyers for future fresno raves to come.
Before 2003 (when the rave act law was passed), Fresno use to be on a massive level (with the annual cyber frest at the fair grouds, with over 100,000 guests). These days are coming back.
