getting djs to play isnt the problem. plenty of djs will play for free. but you take the risk of having all of your equipment ceized by the police (1000s of dollars in loss) if you do this. not to mention the charges are much more severe now for the person responsible for hosting the event. lots of jail time and fines instead of the old slap on the wrist people used to get.
last year a kid on ravelinks attempted to do this, and wound up getting several ravers arrested (boss included), his lighting guy received 5000 dollars in fines for 'building an illegal structure'(the lighting rig), and he himself received jailtime which was reduced to 15,000 dollars in fines. o and everyone on site received full cavity searches as well

. the police also tried to ceize the sound which was still on its way to the party
i have to agree with anteraks post, and the only reason you want to drop it is because he was right. you guys sound like jackasses and super jew 2000's. especially the 'half of our group will party and then switch off'. ROFL. jewish raving at its finest. not only is that assenine, but you risk getting the party shutdown having people wondering the streets in front of the party even if it is permitted.
