these forums are sooo lame. they make ravers look like complete retards. could you guys really not tell this post was a joke? couldn't you tell that the OP had the tone of a 12 year old and then all of the sudden he sounded mature?

freund, i'm sorry that the rave scene isn't what it used to be. i wouldn't have been old enough to partake in all those old school events, and it truly saddens me. i'm sorry for all the kids ruining your time. i can see how we ruined the purity of your scene. you have to understand there's a lot of people who got into the already ruined scene and that's all they know so they perpetuate the lameness of it. i mean, i guess it's all i know.

just know that there are still some people - even some kids - that rave for the right reasons, have good intentions, love the music, aren't iced out, etc.

there is hope.
there are good people out there.
maybe through using your experience as a promoter you can help create events that bring the scene back to its good, pure state.
