I still see a decent amount of fog machines at parties, although it is usually in the smaller venues. It is kinda sad they dont use em more.
Not sure why anyone would be opposed to em, Theres usually only a few covering just a lil section of the dance floor, and usually just up by the dj/lazer setup.
if you dont like the smell or something just dance a few feet away? Or even better, bring a vicks mask and you wont even notice

Personally i Love doing doing lightshows in the fog, it just looks fuckin sweeeet. Also makes lazers awesome and makes pictures (for the most part) come out lookin surreal too.
