Actually, hit up your favorite artists and dj's. Most are very cool and realize the reality that creating dance music is not lucrative when you market strictly towards the dancefloor. Many indie psytrance labels give out some killer music FOR FREE. They just want the artists to be exposed and opportunities to have the artists play out.
If you're headstrong on being a pirate, I can tell you right now that torrent sites and P2P clients are buggy as all hell. In all honesty, if it's on those sites, it's probably one of two things: 1) old or 2) shit.
DC++ is the way to go.
