Though I advocate vinyl...it sounds better and nothing can replace the visceral experience of touching a record.
To say that Hardcore is mostly vinyl is simply not true. As a matter of fact I am now being forced to buy Scratch Mix Live because of the sheer volume great of digital only tracks that I have and want to use. Not to mention that there is a growing trend of Hardcore producers who are not releasing tracks on vinyl because of the cost / profit margin because they are not as big as, say, trance producers.
That is not a trend I am happy about but such is the reality of things.
