It doesn't seem to be a released track. www.discogs.com is good for checking this kind of stuff.

One of my main gripes with hardcore (as much as I LOVE it) is that it sometimes takes 2-3 years for tracks to come out, and sometimes they are changed when released. Get used to this because it happens frequently. This is another reason why I find it easier to just buy older better quality stuff (not saying this song is bad because I need to go back and listen to B17 to know what track you're talking about).
