I'm 17, 18 in October. I haven't really met many people my age who I cared to talk to so far or anything at raves... But there are responsible kids out there like myself I think. Depends on the person for the most part. But I agree with the 16+ thing, anything less is asking for trouble and kids getting taken advantage of by dealers and the like.
