Wow. way to be PLUR. shit. I'm sorry if the fact that I do drugs at SOME raves influences you enough to go off on such a rant. I hope my dancing doesn't bother you the same way or I'm in a whole hell of a lot of trouble.
Also, the idea is to metabolize the pills slower, thus resulting in a LONGER roll, not a quicker one.
I made my own version of the Pre-loading schedule. Rather then take all the vitamins and everything, I simplified it down for myself. Ended up taking about 1g of Vitamin C per day (starting on wednesday). Ended up drinking OJ starting thursday night and going through saturday, totaling in 1gal. by the time Love came around. This along with the 500mg Vitamin C pills i was taking helped. I made sure to have 1g in me on saturday (though I spaced it out, one pill, wait 3 hours, another). Now there is a limit on how much Vitamin C you can actually take. It is water soluble, so I'm positive that I took way more then was needed and probably peed out a fair amount of the Vitamin C.
Then I drank through a gal. of GFJ on friday night and saturday. I switched off between OJ and GFJ (about 2 cups GFJ to 1 cup OJ) on saturday. My roll was unbelievable. Same supplements, much harder roll. I had no come down either. Ended up eating Oatmeal while still rolling at a local Denny's at 6am. All in all that page really helped, thanks drifter.
