Biography
Mutt aka Sean Roman is a 26 year old DJ/Producer who was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. He was first introduced to Drum & Bass after stumbling upon the seminal Toronto radio show “Renegade Airwaves”. Ever since he has taken a great interest in drum & bass and electronica music in general. In 2001 Mutt made his first attempts a music production, soon after securing a spot on the Oscillate Recordings CD mix. Since then, he has signed tracks with established labels such as Metalheadz ,31 Records, Creative Source, and Spearhead Recordings as well as Loxy and Keaton's imprint's X-Tinction Agenda and Karma. Mutt's biggest release to date has been his Creative Source 12'' that featured the hit single "Hot Lick Squeeze", it reached the number three position on the BBC drum'n'bass chart. His recent musical forays have garnered him international recognition. With influential dj’s such as Goldie, Fabio, Bailey, Bryan G, Flight, Loxy, Ink, Breakage and Nu:Tone playing his material, it’s clear that this is just the beginning for this promising young producer.
