I'm not sure I understand this post. Everyone who stayed and waited in line got in by 1:15a (friend of mine showed up at 11 got in at 1).

Yes things did get started a little later then expected but that's becaise of the Fire Marshall:
+ arrived far to close to start time to do his walkthroughs and inspections
+ then required there be mutiple licensed emt's on staff
+ required tim to fir an electrician to be on site (even though everything was working fine)

And all this happened around 6ish right before doors were supposed to open. And didn't the party go past 4a anyway?
