In 2005 breakbeat producer DJ Speechless emerged in a live show dubbed the "Speechless LIVE experience". The show brings together a high energy style of "electro-guitar" and a collage of electro breakbeat productions from DJ Speechless' own record label, Getphat Records,.
Originally a guitar player born in Miami, Speechless became a DJ in 1998 after moving to Fort Lauderdale and experiencing the Florida Breaks rave scene of the late nineties. Sounds from acts like DJ Icey, Uberzone and Dynamix II eventually led him to incorporate his unique style of guitar into the electronic music he was producing. DJ Speechless' live act is a breakthrough performance with live instruments over originally produced tracks and remixes.
The "Speechless LIVE experience" has been called mind-blowing by top DJ's, producers and promoters throughout the South Florida, East Coast area and beyond. Massive stage presence dominates every performance in a series of DJ-mangled guitar sounds, melodic keyboard lines and manipulated samples.
Since 1998 the performer has released numerous electro breakbeat recordings under the same name on labels such as Backdoor Records and Getphat Records. The latest CD release "MAGNETRON", Getphat Records , is a collection of songs performed throughout the live shows of 2005 and 2006. Anyone that has seen the show will tell you the display is a testament to the union of emotion and technology.
