The original song is by the Klubbheads...
"Kickin hard from the back to the front front to the back klubbheads in the house causin' a heart attack."
It's a sample producers have been using for years. So unless the song you heard has other vocals, it's going to be hard to pin point.
I know Gammer used it in Back To Front, and there are tons more.
