I remember the scene in Orange County! It was more like nightclubs: People go to the rave to attract attention and are all about the glitz and glamour. Compared to the Bay Area the scene is much bigger and its easier for someone to just 'get lost' in the scene. It feels as if the ravers in the Bay Area (SF) are a big family/community.
