Well, I think you should Hire a private investigator( assuming you aren't one) and start gathering the facts quickly. Also, modify your parenting skills since it could be the root of your blossoming problem. I'm not gonna get into details, but in having a child you should've been well aware of how the responsibilities increase with age and the amount of exposure the child receives.
In my opinion, I would get off my ass and get to silverlake instead of googling rave forums. That's just me, a simple guy from a family full of cops.

Not to be a jackass of any such, because I wouldn't take time out of my day to write if I didn't give a shit. But you should emphasize better eating habits seeing that she is above average on the scale and her skin tone seems to be lacking enough sunlight, so get her outside.
