Seriously dude...get your planning off the boards.
If you don't know anyone who plays live PAs, or has sound equipment, or spins a certain kind of music, or has venue info, then DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THROWING PARTIES.
Seriously...take the time, to get to know the scene, make connections (and not just with little plurtards) learn from someone with experience, gain knowledge and experience, and THEN throw a party.
Stop being so impatient. The only person that you are helping out with being impatient is you, and your ego. No party kids, or promoters, or venues are being impacted positively by your unwillingness to gain experience before you tackle something like this.
Ugh...seriously dude wake up. I want to help you, but you are so ignorant right now that the only advice that we can give you is to STOP THROWING PARTIES...at least until you have enough experience to not have to ask questions like this.
