i'm trying to get my nordictrack down now, back when that dance was popular i was jaded and would diss on all the asians doing it...
they both complement each other
once you get them down you can smoothly and easily transition back and forth between them, throw some spins in and whatnot
biggest problem i'm having though is, with the raves and undergrounds, the majority of the music nowadays isn't very conducive to either styles of dancing
we need more nrg types of music, or at least hard trance, those are about the perfect speed to really get into a nice shuffle/nordictrack groove...
i love house music of various kinds, i love trance and whatnot, but both of those are a bit to slow to really get going with these dance styles imo
