The kandi scene is part of the rave culture since the early 90's. For you to deny that its not... Just because they wear kandi doesn't mean they do drugs and such, some likes it as a fashion and prefer to dress that way. Although I wouldn't dress like that and go all out, 1 or 2 kandi on my arm is ok. Plus b4, I had some krazy kandi made for me that was WOW. Tripz kandi bracelet was all creative and wicked, and it has no relating factor of drug usage. The drug usage is on the person it self, not because they wear kandi.
The worst aspect is not the people who wear kandi, its the drugs that revolves around them.
