you must not know much about law dj king.
anyone over the age of 18 in this country (a.k.a. a LEGAL adult) or juvenile (someone under 18) who sells drugs, is highly illegal to begin with... this is breaking the "trafficing controlled substances" law and is a felony in most cases.
secondly, any legal adults (those over the age of 18) who sell drugs to juveniles (those under the age of 18), is also breaking the laws of "assistance of the corruption of minors" and "trafficing drugs to minors" ... which is a grand slam of 3 felonies in one shot.
so not only is this bad news for the juvenile, also the adult dealer.
the only loophole involved in this situation, is that (with the exception of MANY witnesses who may or may not be willing to testify) the prosecution would have no evidence or solid hits against the dealer in question without photos, video, audio or something else to incriminate the dealer and link her to this crime.
not only is selling drugs wrong, selling them to minors is 3x as wrong.
but everyone on this earth does what they please, the girl shouldn't have taken the pill, responsible adults shouldn't sell drugs to children.
like i said, R. kelly got off free and clean because they believed a 15 year old was responsible enough to know what she was doing just sitting there accepting his sick pleasure activities, but i still thought it was DAMN WRONG.
