Alevy8 will not be spinning this week (10/12/06) due to a back injury.
So any looking forward to him, sorry, have to wait 3 weeks til Nov. 2nd when he's scheduled to spin again.
Not sure yet who I'll have in his place, but hey, check it out anyway.
