Dude, they are right. Public defenders are good for, say tagging a brick wall. This could get serious. Plea guilty and ask for rehab and community service. Depending on where you live I can get a list of good defense lawyers.

Razgriz is right, it does largley(sp) depend on the judge, if you get one who is strongly opposed to drug use, not as a judge but as a person he WILL be biased. They are not supposed to be but whos stoppin' em? Not you.

P.S. I know all this plus a lot more 'cus my pops is a defense attorney. He gives me the inside information. (Only stuff he can say legally.) But he tells me a lot about it.
