Default Chicago Rave Flyers

Yeah, I got my folder of rave flyers down from the attic about two months ago. Now, I look at it all the time... I'm thinking of creating a small website dedicated to old school Chicago flyers. Here's why,
I wouldn't want the scene to miss out on the whole flyer part of raving. Rave flyers are pieces of art themselves along with informative pieces. As dankdank mentions, he used to put them up all over his bedroom walls. I did the same thing, as did many others. "A good party" is a special experience and the flyer connects you with that experience even years down the road. Kind of like a memento from a trip. Maybe, literally just that. I would be upset to think that some new rave kid has some lousy flyers to put up. Or, none at all.
It's cool putting up only online flyers, but printing out good flyers a couple months in advance is the way to hold a great rave or massive. I was out in LA a couple months ago, and they still got the whole rave flyer thing going on. So does San Fran. Let's get it here in Chi-town.
At the website people will be able to view some past generation flyers and see what they want to bring to the new. Or, at least they can be viewed as great art pieces.
I'm going to get my production company to get started on this project. Let me know what you think.

Peace...
